- Your answers to the roof check on our home page, if you used it
The form also tells us which page you sent it from.
When you become a customer
- Your address, and details about your property, roof and electricity use
- Payment details, for invoices and payments
- Details of the system we install, and its certificates and warranties
When you use our website
If you agree to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website, such as the pages you visit, how you found us, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement) and makes heatmaps, so we can see where a page is unclear. What you type into our forms is hidden from the recordings. We use both to see how the website is used, not to identify you. If you don’t agree, no analytics cookies are set and neither tool runs.
